All of these facilities are available to campers at no extra charge. There is also a children’s playground, and a separate field for games and dog exercise. Merrixton House Farm

3rd November to 5th November

Stepaside, Narberth, Pembrokeshire., SA67 8PJ

Merrixton is unusual in that there are plenty of electric hook-up’s but no toilet or washing facilities, but this never seems to bother anyone because it is such a super site. The field is level at the top (good places for motorhomes) then slopes down, but all the pitches have lovely views over Saundersfoot beach and across to Tenby and Caldey Island. The surrounding has to be explored, and should you not want to drive a bus will take you to the beaches and villages from right outside the site. You could always walk down to Amroth, but the climb back is a bit steep. The owners of Merrixton House are very nice and always welcome West Wales DA when we rally here.

29th December to 1st January

Bank Farm, Horton, Gower, Swansea, West Glamorgan., SA3 1LL

New Years Eve Meet at Bank Farm Gower.

This is our New Years meet with all the regular festivities, so no doubt we will have a good holiday with plenty going on, one you do not want to miss. Postcode SA3 1LL , map reference 159 / 465863; follow Y.B.S.B 159 / 142 for directions. However, for the part of your journey across Gower we would urge you to take the B4271, turning left to go over the hill (the Bryn) then take 1st left (sharp turn do not go through Reynoldston village), and back to the A4118 before reaching Port Eynon. This looks wrong on the map, but the alternative is some very narrow winding sections on the A4118, not very caravan friendly, DO NOT USE SAT NAVs when nearing the site.

There is shower and toilet facilities, and a short walk takes you to the main complex with the bar, restaurant, take-away, swimming pool, and games room. All of these facilities are available to campers at no extra charge. There is also a children’s playground, and a separate field for games and dog exercise. Bank Farm is located above Port Eynon bay and it is possible to walk to the beach from site, the local area forms part of Wales’ first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with unspoiled countryside, beaches galore and villages tucked away from main roads. All we need for a brilliant meet is the weather,

If you decide to join us at Bank Farm, you will need to know a few things, your own sanitation is recommended as this is a large site, there are no hard standings, electric hook ups (extra charge) are available.

The site will be open on at 10 a.m.
