Before you call remember all bookings must start from Aug 1st 2020. If you are intending coming for the 2nd week please call the relevent THS stewards prior to travelling to check availability of EHU there is not normally any shortage of non electric hookups as both fields are large.
Please be aware no day visitors or Tempory Memberships will be allowed this year due to Covid 19 Virus.
If you experience difficulty getting through on the phone please don't leave answer machine mesages as we are very busy and have no time to listen to them during opening hours which are 10am to 6pm Mon - Fri, we not open for phone bookings on the Weekends !. We are taking advanced bookings for this meet by telephone from tomorrow July 2nd the booking office will be open from 10am till 6pm Mon - Fri. All bookings will start from Aug 1st.
You will need the following information available when you phone.
CCC membership card no.
Debit/Credit Card no. (Exp date etc)
Card holders name and address

Anyone not wishing to book is still welcome to turn up on a first come first served basis in years of running this event at Merrixton we have never been completely full we have 100+ pitches available of which 80 have EHU.
Please also be aware before you book you will need your own sanitation there is no toilet/shower block at merrixton farm. There will be no social events or marquee this year due to the covid virus and all social distancing rules will need to be adhered to. No queuing at the water stations etc. We want everyone to be safe and enjoy their holiday.

I would like to thank you all for your support in 2019. Also the committee members and stewards for all their hard work during the year especially at our bigger meets insuring you had a stress free holiday. Now 2020 season is upon us we have some new exciting sites along with old faithfuls. Lets hope we have good weather so you can all enjoy your stay with us.
The West Wales District Association is part of the Cambrian & Wyvern Region of the Camping and Caravanning Club. The areas covered by the Cambrian & Wyvern Region are West Wales, South Wales, Gwent, Gloucestershire and Worcester & Herefordshire.
The District Associations organise camping weekends and longer camping holidays, details of which may be found in the monthly "Out and About" publication as well as on this website.
If any member wishes to add any suggestions to our meets, which could be beneficial to us, they would be very welcome to put their ideas to me, "I'm always ready for a chat".
